Our federation is holding the Youth League included in its activity programme.
In a press statement, Federation President Fırat Deniz said clubs wishing to take part in the league, which starts on 17 June, must collect the entry form from the federation and return it by 15 June at the latest. He said the leagues would help our athletes improve by playing more matches and, with the clubs' contribution, help badminton grow in our country.
Deniz said that, following talks and thanks to its support for badminton, the league would be named the Carlton Youth League through Anıl Spor, and would be held in two categories: the Carlton Youth Girls' League and the Carlton Youth Boys' League. Matches will be played two days a week at 16.00 at the Atatürk Sports Hall, with one girls' and one boys' fixture each time. The league is points-based, and the team with the most wins will be champion. President Deniz, who believes new stars will emerge from the Carlton Youth Badminton League, wished success to all the athletes and teams.
