Our federation held a refereeing and coaching course from 6 to 11 September 2015.
The Level 1 Coaching and Candidate Referee courses, part of the 2015 activity programme, were led by Ramazan İmamoğlu and Abdülnaci Kargı, appointed by the Turkish Badminton Federation. After training at the Atatürk Sports Complex Training Centre, successful participants received their certificates at the federation building.
Speaking at the presentation, Federation President Fırat Deniz said he was pleased with the interest in the course and the number of participants. He thanked the Sports Department for providing every facility and support for the course, and the Turkish Badminton Federation for its contribution. Deniz said the course produced 15 referees and 7 coaches, and that the aim is to spread badminton across the island, increase the number of athletes and develop successful athletes for our country.
