He stressed that athletes who have not registered by 19.00 on Friday 31 January 2020 will not be included in the tournament or the draw.
The tournament is open to athletes born between 2008 and 2010.
President Fırat Deniz said the tournament is being held to raise aid for those affected by last week's earthquake in Elazığ and Malatya, Türkiye, and that clothing or financial donations can be made. He said the campaign is not limited to the badminton community and that everyone can contribute. Donations can be made to the federation against a receipt or into the bank account below; donated clothing must be new (unused). The campaign ends at 16.00 on Wednesday 5 February 2020.
